Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College (AKGEC), Ghaziabad, established in 1998, is one of the premier engineering institutions in Uttar Pradesh. The institute is affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

AKGEC offers undergraduate programs in a wide range of engineering disciplines, including Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), CSE in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI&ML), CSE in Data Science, Computer Science and Engineering (Hindi), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), and Civil Engineering (CE). The institute also offers postgraduate programs leading to M.Tech. degrees in CSE, ECE, EEE, and Mechanical Engineering, along with the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program.

The rapid evolution of Computing and Information Technology has transformed virtually every aspect of modern society. While the nineteenth century witnessed the Industrial Revolution and the twentieth century was marked by the Electronics Revolution, the twenty-first century is characterized by the unprecedented growth of computing, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies. Today, Computing and Information Technology serves as a key driver of innovation across diverse sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing, agriculture, finance, education, transportation, governance, and sustainable development.

The growing demand for intelligent, scalable, secure, and high-performance computing has accelerated research in emerging areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, cloud computing, edge computing, distributed systems, high-performance computing, Internet of Things (IoT), cybersecurity, blockchain, data analytics, and intelligent automation. Building on the overwhelming success of the First and Second International Conferences on Advanced Computing and Emerging Technologies (ACET-2024 and ACET-2025), the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College (AKGEC), Ghaziabad, is proud to organize the Third International Conference on Advanced Computing and Emerging Technologies (ACET-2027) on 26–27 February 2027. The previous editions attracted distinguished keynote speakers, researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and scholars from India and abroad, providing a vibrant platform for exchanging knowledge and showcasing high-quality research. Their success has established ACET as a premier forum for advancing research in computing and emerging technologies.

ACET-2027 aims to provide an international platform for researchers, academicians, scientists, industry professionals, practitioners, and students to present cutting-edge research, exchange innovative ideas, discuss emerging trends, and explore future directions in advanced computing and intelligent technologies. The conference seeks to strengthen collaboration between academia, industry, and research organizations, fostering interdisciplinary partnerships that address real-world challenges through technological innovation.

The conference invites original, unpublished, and high-quality research contributions in, but not limited to, the areas of advanced computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, data science, cybersecurity, cloud and edge computing, Internet of Things (IoT), intelligent systems, software engineering, computer networks, distributed and high-performance computing, quantum computing, blockchain, and next-generation computing technologies.
